I spend my days answering questions about pregnancy, but I also spend many hours listening to the childbirth stories of other mamas.
I love to interview and learn from the experiences of moms.
I ask about her pregnancy and childbirth journey, what she learned, what she did right, and what she could have done better.
I sit and listen. After the interview I often say to myself,
“If she could only have had someone to coach her through her pregnancy, if her doctor could have better informed her, if she could have had an uplifting community, then she could have been fearless and had a better childbirth experience.”
It breaks my heart to hear some of these women’s stories.
Whether you are a first time mom or a seasoned mom, I am here to tell you that you don’t have to go through your pregnancy without the guidance that you need, without the support you need, and without the community you need.
