Pregnancy brain is really a thing!
Mom, you have a lot going on right now. It is no wonder that you are a little forgetful and foggy. There is some research showing what might be the cause of forgetfulness in pregnancy. However, there is no cure. Give yourself some grace, take a breath, and write down as much as you can.
Talk to your husband about what is going on, and make sure you laugh at yourself when you use the wrong words or names in conversation. It happens to every mom at some point.
Laughter is honestly the only way to keep moving forward and not get frustrated with yourself. Please remember that you are not alone in this.
