You have to get a plan of what you want in your pregnancy and childbirth. Practicing healthy habits in pregnancy will decrease your risk factors and help you have a better birth experience. Practicing breathing and relaxation techniques will help you cope with labor pain. Practice, practice, practice. 

2. Train with the best
Get a firm foundation from a trusted source. There is so much misinformation out in the world that can lead you into fear, doubt, and a bad birth experience. It is important to get info, but make sure the source you are getting information from is a good source. Check credentials, experience, and intentions. Does that source have your best interest in mind, and is that source inline with your beliefs? 
3. Persistence

Tap into a community that will support you through what you know is the best for you and your baby.

Get the knowledge, support, and practice you need in order to become empowered in your pregnancy and overcome the fears that easily trickle into your mind from unknowing!
